    The complete wedding package includes our elegant clear tent, ceremony space, two getting-ready areas, and access to the venue on a separate day for a two-hour rehearsal. On your big day, we provide décor options, handle setup, takedown, and cleanup, and ensure a seamless experience with our dedicated event staff.

    Create your dream wedding with our budget-friendly DIY package. Includes tables, chairs, and basic setup while you handle décor and hosting. Enjoy full venue access while saving without compromising on location. Priced to have flexibility on the size of your event.

    Our Intimate Package is perfect for a stress-free celebration with close family and friends. We handle setup, takedown, décor, and bar service, so you can simply enjoy your day. A shorter timeline is included, with the option to add more time if needed. Priced to have flexibility based on the size of your intimate event.

    Alberta Certified Bartender for 8 hours to serve (with more than 100 guests, Pine and Pond will guarantee 2 licensed bartenders).

    Alberta Certified Bartender for 8 hours with all the bartending tools and equipment (with more than 100 guests, Pine and Pond will guarantee 2 licensed bartenders)

    We provide club soda, clamato, orange and cranberry juice, garnishes (lemons, limes, celery), rimmings (salt, sugar, caesar rimming), mixers (lemon juice, lime juice, tabasco sauce, aromatic bitters, grenadine, Worcestershire sauce), and straws.

Add-Ons & Details

  • Our Day of Coordinator ensures your wedding day runs smoothly by handling tasks beyond the venue’s scope. Trained in all things Pine and Pond, they serve as your point of contact for eight hours, assisting with key moments throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. LEARN MORE HERE.

  • Extra time can be added on for $200 per hour. The earliest being 8am and the latest being 1am. 

    If you are wanting more than 8 hours of bar service, you can add on more time for $100 per hour.

  • $150 for the night of your wedding. Includes a grab and go breakfast

  • If you are wanting to hire a DJ for your event, you will need to book a DJ from our approved DJ list. 

  • Our all inclusive package includes a 2 hour rehearsal during the week. That being said, if you are looking to have an 8 hour rehearsal day to help prepare, or host a small rehearsal dinner, this is a great option. Saturday and Sunday events will not have the option back to back with their wedding date.
