Welcome to Pine & Pond Wedding Venue

We're delighted to welcome you to our breathtaking venue! To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience, here are some helpful details to keep in mind as you celebrate with the special couple.

    How To Find Us

    We’re located about 45 minutes south of the Edmonton International Airport. We’re equal distance from Ponoka and Rimbey. Pavement and an oiled gravel road will bring you right to our venue

    Accommodations

    Looking for a place to rest after a day of celebrating. Here is a list of near by accommodations including hotels, cabin and camping options.

    Parking

    Our venue has ample parking. Please only park in designated areas. Look for signage. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight and return by 11 am the next day to pick up their vehicle.

    Venue Amenities

    Our venue is wheel chair accessible to all locations on the property with the exception of the Honeymoon Cabin.

    We have a bank machine on-site for guests.

    Needing gas and snacks? There are two local gas station near by.

    Esso - 10 mins South
    Co-op - Falun, AB, North

    Keep in mind we are a rural venue. Our cell service can be spotty and we have no public wifi.

    Guest Guidelines

    Parents, please supervise your children, especially around ponds.

    Do not throw things into the ponds.

    The boat is for photography purposes only. No one except the bridal couple is allowed to use it.

    Glassware should remain inside the tent.

    No personal alcohol should be consumed on the property.

    Smoking should remain outdoors and away from the tent. All cigarette butts should be placed in disposable containers provided.

    All persons should be off the property by the end of the rental period.

    Drive Safe

    Please don't drink & drive

    Check with the wedding couple to see if they have shuttle options for you.

    All vehicles can be left at the venue overnight until 11am the next morning.
