Frequently Asked Questions

  • The transparent roof and side walls make you feel like you are truly outdoors while remaining protected regardless of the weather. The clear roof provides warmth during the cooler days. Fans create air movement when the weather is hot. Heaters warm up the tent when it is cold.

  • While we’re nestled in a peaceful rural setting, we still have neighbors to respect. To ensure your event runs smoothly, we’ve invested in a top-tier sound system and partnered with our preferred DJs to strike the perfect balance of volume and sound distribution. We want you to have an unforgettable celebration and dance party, and we’ve worked hard to create a solution that delivers just that.

    For this reason, we do not allow outside speakers. You’re welcome to bring your phone or laptop to play your own playlist, or you can hire a DJ from our approved list.

    As for timing, our standard package includes time until 12am. If you’d like to extend the celebration, you can purchase an additional hour, with the latest end time being 1am.

  • Pine and Pond is pet-friendly for the wedding couple! We welcome your furry friend as long as they’re well-behaved, supervised, and all waste is promptly cleaned up. However, for the safety and comfort of everyone, pets must be kept in kennels when unattended. Please note that guests are not permitted to bring pets to the event.
